Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust required a comprehensive, data-driven approach to monitor performance across key areas, including academic outcomes, finance, HR, governance, safeguarding, health & safety, and estates. Additionally, the Trust sought detailed, termly reporting on individual schools. This included the ability to analyse statutory and teacher-assessed outcomes across key stages, track attendance, exclusions, budgets, workforce, and safeguarding, and identify performance gaps across key characteristic groups. A particular focus was needed on SEND pupils, ensuring their outcomes could be effectively monitored and understood.
