About our Universities, Adult Education & Careers work

Organisations choose to work with us because of our deep expertise in education and labour market data. Both of our directors started their careers as 14–19 data analysts, and we’ve been focused on connecting education and work ever since. Our award-winning tools, like Skills Route and Skills Match, offer innovative insights that guide decision-making. Through our accreditation to use the National Pupil Database (NPD) and Longitudinal Educational Outcomes (LEO) data via the ONS Secure Record Service (SRS), we track educational journeys and analyse how demographics, pathways, and subject choices impact long-term success.

Producing research from the National Pupil Database (NPD) and Longitudinal Educational Outcomes (LEO) data, for example to look at pathways from education into sustained employment
